Training
You will begin the challenge by receiving the Challenge workbook directly to your inbox. This workout has been carefully curated for each specific challenge to align with all body types, any training goal and all fitness levels.
This when combined with your in studio workouts and support from our industry leading coaches you will be in the driver’s seat to achieve your goals.
Accountability
To keep you on track and accountable throughout our challenges, you will be invited to join the private Facebook group. Here you will have access to coaches and fellow members in the challenge along with receiving extra tips and tricks to help stay the course.
You will be provided an accountability tracker and have weekly check in’s with your coaches.
We will also track your progress with before and after full-body scans using the latest body scan technology.
Nutrition
With each new challenge, you will be provided easy to follow nutrition and supplement guidelines. Along with meal plan examples and recipe books, all carefully crafted by our qualified nutritionist.
